This 8-kilometer City Run takes participants through the lively LadpraoRamkhamhaeng area before continuing along the iconic Saen Saep Canal, blending urban rhythm with the charm of waterside living. Its the perfect route for those who enjoy relaxed running while discovering new scenes of Bangkok along the way.

After completing the run, participants can join our closing activities led by MLAB Community, featuring partner brands such as Gentle Gymmy, Proove, Pillar Performance, Nix Biosensor, and Hyperice, who will bring inspiration, real experiences, and holistic wellness support to the event.
