MLAB Club brought runners and fitness enthusiasts together for an 8K city run followed by Yoga and HYROX Simulation sessions led by coaches from Fitness First. The event reflected the true spirit of a Hybrid Athlete—combining endurance, strength, recovery, and full-body performance in one experience.
